What the reading means
80–100 Clear air
Buys and sells go through at the quoted price, the lamps are burned or locked, the owner has nothing left to pull.
55–79 Stale
Trades work, but something is open: a wallet-held lamp, an unverified hook, a live owner.
30–54 Damp
Heavy fees, most liquidity in one wallet, mint or blacklist selectors present. Go carefully.
0–29 Firedamp
Sell reverts, transfer blocked, or a proxy that can be swapped out. The bird has stopped singing.
